CryptAxly is a software tool that processes cryptocurrency transaction histories and generates indicative tax calculation reports. CryptAxly is not a tax advisor and does not provide tax, legal, or financial advisory services.

By accessing and using CryptAxly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

By using CryptAxly, you declare that:

Reports generated by CryptAxly are indicative. CryptAxly does not guarantee the full accuracy of calculations and is not responsible for penalties, fines, surcharges, or any damage resulting from use of the report. The user is responsible for verifying results with a qualified tax advisor before filing.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Once the PDF report is generated, the service is considered rendered. You may request a refund within 14 calendar days if the report contains errors attributable to CryptAxly. Contact us at hello@cryptaxly.com to initiate the process.

The software, design, brand, and content of CryptAxly are the exclusive property of the service and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Generated PDF reports are for the exclusive use of the user who commissioned them.

CryptAxly strives to keep the service available at all times but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We may interrupt the service for maintenance or improvements without prior notice.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
